Fabbrica Lombarda Pompe s.r.l. was founded in Milan in 1953 as "Elettromeccanica VI-GO", a company operating in construction and repair of normal and special electric motors and in repair of pumps.
Production of acid pumps began in 1972 and production of horizontal and vertical pumps in cast iron and stainless steel began in 1980.
In 1996, Fabbrica Lombarda Pompe s.n.c. opened in new headquarters in Cologno Monzese.
In 1999, the company was transformed into Fabbrica Lombarda Pompe s.r.l., while maintaining its headquarters in Cologno Monzese.
In 2003, Fabbrica Lombarda Pompe s.r.l. moved to province of Como in its current production site in Monguzzo.
Starting in 2024, the company expanded with the purchase of the new warehouse in Caslino d'Erba for the storage of raw materials and semi-finished products.
Today the company occupies a surface area of approximately 1500 square meters, of which 1000 are covered, divided between the headquarters in Monguzzo and the warehouse in Caslino D’Erba. It deals with the construction and repair of centrifugal pumps of various types and materials, and the construction of normal and special electric motors.
Our company has its own technical office, where the projects and drawings (CAD) of new models and special projects are created based on specific customer requests.
All mechanical, assembly and painting processes are carried out within the company, which has a complete machine park (CNC lathes, CNC milling centers, lathes, milling machines and traditional grinders, etc.), a paint booth and an hydraulic test room.
